Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. |

In a medium saucepan, combine the brown sugar, white sugar, butter, corn syrup, heavy cream, whole milk, and vanilla. |

Cook over medium heat to 248 degrees. Once the ingredients are melted and combined, DO NOT STIR. |

Pour immediately into the 8x8 inch pan. Allow to cool completely and then cut into squares. Wrap each piece with wax paper. Enjoy! |
