1 Cup Dried Cranberries
6 Ounces Feta Cheese
1/2 Cup Toasted Walnut Pieces
Dressing
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Honey
1 Teaspoon Whole grain Dijon mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

Place greens on a serving platter or in a bowl. Layer dried cranberries, feta cheese, and walnut pieces over the greens.

Dressing: In a small bowl, mix vinegar, honey, dijon mustard and pepper with wire whisk until well blended.

Gradually add olive oil, whisking constantly until well blended.

Pour dressing over salad. If you prefer, toss the dressing and salad together.
