2 Large eggs
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 3/4 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Cream of Tarter
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
3 Tablespoons White Sugar
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

Super Soft Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ridiculously soft and full of cinnamon! These Snickerdoodles will knock your socks off!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

In medium bowl, mix together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs one at a time and then vanilla. Blend well.

Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.

In a small bowl, mix together remaining 3 tablespoons of white sugar and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon to form a cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.

Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet.

Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees.
